WALK FOR WISHES

Our 2012 Walk For Wishes will be our best ever and aims to raise $150,000 for wishes. This family-friendly event is open to all and will feature a 3-mile course along San Diego’s beautiful embarcadero park. The event is presented by San Diego County Credit Union. The 4th Annual “Roll Out The Barrel,” will be presented by San Diego County Credit Union, and will feature wine and food sampling from artisanal wineries and local restaurants, silent and live auction, and entertainment. MAKE-A-WISH TUNA CHALLENGE
September 7-9, 2012 @ Silver Gate Yacht Club
Since 1991, the annual Tuna Challenge, hosted by the Silver Gate Yacht Club and founded by Kona Kai Anglers, has raised over $2.4 million to make wishes come true. The event is now the largest tuna fishing competition in the continental United States, and the largest fundraiser of the year for Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego. The 2011 Tuna Challenge took place September 9-11 and raised $185,000! The event is presented by San Diego County Credit Union. Visit www.tunachallenge.org for more details.
MAKE-A-WISH GOLF CLASSIC

The 24th Annual Make-A-Wish Golf Classic, presented by San Diego County Credit Union, will raise important funds for the Foundation. The event will include course activities, lunch, dinner, entertainment, raffles and an auction. Our 2011 Golf Classic took place on July 18 at Maderas Golf Club and raised nearly $100,000.
